Refund Policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@respondtacticalathletics.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective: mouthwash strips, glitter or makeup products, and electrolyte or nutrition powders once opened.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll help you swap your item, subject to availability.
